As a cyclist I’ve learned one or two “words” i.e. groupings of honks, but they apply only to the Twin Cities area and are in English. What the essay goes over is like me learning Spanish all over again.
Mexico City has it good. Most pressing concern is its population.

Tijuana is all over. Weather, the mythical donkey show, the cartel
Cuernavaca needs to get its shit together. Safety and crime at the top.
Fun thing is that weather is always in the suggestions, no matter what the city is.

So Sir Paul McCartney did a concert in Mexico City’s Zocalo. By all accounts, it was a smashing success.
